Application: AI Quest (Android package com.aiquest.app)
AI Quest ("the app", "we", "us") is an offline learning game. This policy explains what information the app handles, why, and the choices you have. We built AI Quest to run entirely on your device: there is no AI Quest account, no AI Quest server, and no login. The only data that can leave your device is handled by the optional third-party services described below.
Your gameplay data is stored locally on your device (using Android shared preferences) and is never sent to us:
Because this data lives only on your device, uninstalling the app or using "Reset all progress" in Settings permanently deletes it. We cannot recover it for you.
The app integrates a small number of Google services. When you use the relevant feature, those services may collect data under their own privacy policies:
AI Quest shows ads through Google AdMob to keep the app free. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process device and usage information, including a device advertising identifier (Advertising ID), IP address, and interactions with ads. Depending on your consent and region, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

Leaderboards and achievements are opt-in. If you choose to sign in to Play Games, your Play Games profile (such as your gamer name and player ID) and the scores you submit (XP, puzzles solved, best streak) are processed by Google to power the leaderboards. If you never sign in, none of this happens and the app works fully without it. You can opt out at any time in Settings.
Purchases (Remove Ads and hint packs) are processed by Google Play. We do not see or store your payment details; Google handles the transaction and returns only a receipt the app uses to unlock the item on your device.
We do not sell your personal information.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we use Google's User Messaging Platform to request your consent for ad-related data processing before serving personalized ads. You can review or change your choices at any time from Settings → Ad privacy options inside the app. (This option only applies to users in those regions; elsewhere it may not appear or may report that no consent choices are required.)
AI Quest is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Ad content is limited to a family-safe rating. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the third-party services above, please refer to those providers' policies and contact us so we can assist where possible.
On-device data is retained until you clear it via "Reset all progress" or uninstall the app. Data held by Google (advertising, Play Games, Play Billing) is retained and can be managed according to Google's policies and your Google Account settings:
Your gameplay data stays on your device. Data transmitted to Google's services is protected in transit using industry-standard encryption managed by Google. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we keep the app's data footprint intentionally small.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, within the app.
